President Ibey is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and minoring in Music. He plays the violin and enjoys spending time with friends and family. His hobbies include singing, football, and video games. He is committed to making Westconn a more inclusive, spirited place for all students.

Owen joined the SGA in the Fall of 2024 as a senator. Then in May 2025, he was elected President for the SGA.
