Vice President Ruby-DaSilva is a sophomore majoring in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Studies. Outside of SGA, her hobbies are drawing, playing instruments, and acting. She joined SGA in the Fall of 2024 and saw SGA as a big opportunity for her career. In both her school and future career, she wants to represent people and make sure they get what they need. SGA has helped her in many ways, and she wants to improve the Association so that it can continue to help others.
Meet Gianna Ruby-DaSilva
Gianna join SGA in the Fall of 2024 starting out as a senator. The first committee she joined was the Internal Affairs Committee, and she found that the things she enjoyed most about SGA tended to be internal facing. She then grew to love the community within SGA, making many new friends and connections. Then in May 2025, she was elected as Vice President of the SGA.
