Description:

A small Goblin or Fairy like creature depending on who you ask of Scottish origin, that spends the night cleaning and doing housework. If the mood strikes a Brownie, they will disarrange rooms among pulling other pranks when bored. They have rarely been seen physically due to their small stature and magical properties which allows them to get away with these pranks and be one of the rarest seen beasts. If angered in some way, they are sometimes known to become completley malicious turning into a Boggart.

How to Attract a Brownie:

Cream, bread or milk are acceptable gifts for these creatures and are expected if your house is inhabited by one, however anything else will offend them.

How to Repel a Brownie:

If clothes are left for a Brownie, they will put it on and vanish to never work for that household again as being gifted clothing insults them. Attempting to baptize a Brownie can drive it away or if one attempts to name one is sometimes enough. If offended or treated improperly they may leave and take prosperity from the home it left with it. While this will get rid of a Bronwie, it is obviously an undesirable method.

How to Kill a Brownie:

As evasive as these creatrues are, there has been no studies done on how to kill them. Assumedly if the rumors of them being related to fairies is true then then can’t be killed. However iron and silver are known weaknesses to these magical beasts.
