I am an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at Western Connecticut State University. I earned my Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, and my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Toledo. I joined the faculty at WCSU in 2013. Prior to working at WCSU, I was a full-time instructor at Middlesex County College in NJ.
My research focuses on adult romantic relationships and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. I enjoy sharing my excitement for social psychological research in the classroom and involving undergraduate students in my research projects.
I have been the faculty advisor for the WCSU Psi Chi Chapter since 2014.
