Event Registration/Trip Details

  1. Tickets are purchased through the Info Desk Box Offices.
  2. To purchase a ticket you need: Your WCSU Student ID, your filled out travel form, the money to purchase the ticket (cash, debit, or credit card)
  3. If you are purchasing a ticket for a friend you need: Your friend’s WCSU Student ID, their filled out travel form, their money to purchase the ticket (cash, debit, or credit card)
  4. To purchase a guest ticket the only thing you need is the ticket money
  5. All tickets are non-refundable.
  6. If you purchase a ticket to a trip and can no longer attend, please email the Travel and Novelty Chair at ​durante007@wcsu.edu​.
  7. If you want to purchase a ticket but the trip is sold out, email the Travel and Novelty Chair with your first and last name, your email, and your phone number and they will place you on a waiting list. If a spot opens up, the chair will reach out to you.
  8. If you purchase a ticket to a PAC trip, you should receive an email with further information in the days leading up to the trip.
  9. You are required to take the provided bus to all PAC trips. If for any reason you will not be taking the bus back to WCSU with us, you will need to fill out a Liability Waiver beforehand.
